Description:

Contrary to popular belief and bids, by our competitors, to scaremonger, OFSTED do not approve any First Aid courses, but simply look favourably on the amount of hours spent doing First Aid training and recommend 12 hours.

With our advisor, a Senior Sister in Paediatric Ambulatory Care and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor, this course has been specifically designed for the parents of young children and employees in the childcare industry.

This course will provide the students with piece of mind that if anything were to happen to a child in their care, they would have the confidence and ability to deal with it until professional help arrives.

Subjects covered include:

• Infant & Child Resuscitation
• Dealing with a Choking child
• Early recognition of a seriously ill child
• Emergency aid for febrile convulsions

And much more.

The qualification gained is valid for 3 years.
